Their suit sets are beautiful and nice no doubt in that and quality is superb. I m giving 4 star because of their customer service. It's very difficult to maintain communication with them. Sometimes they don't bother to answer and you have to use multiple times and ways to communicate with DDS customer service.

I am never ordering from them again. I had ordered the indigo jahota suit and what I received was not indigo at all. After getting in touch with them multiple times they booked a return, but by then I had read the Google Reviews (Which I should have done before ordering) and I had no faith that I will receive the correct product or my money in return without multiple follow-up, something I do not have the bandwidth for. Mind you, through out the process, what irked me the most was that there was no acknowledgement of the complaint I was bringing up and no apologies offered either. You will also see this in their responses to the other concerns that have been bought up in the previous reviews. I understand the problems of small businesses, however, unprofessionalism is an attitude not a small-business problem.

They stop responding after you have made the purchase, and do not ship the products as per the timeline mentioned on their website (4-5 working days). Before you make the purchase they will be very prompt with the chat but once the payment has been made, they stop responding. My order is still 'processing' even after 8 days and has not even been shipped, let alone be delivered. If you want to order from their brand, use Nykaa fashion/myntra so that the delivery is timely.

Not a fraudulent site apparently. But bad customer care. No prompt responese to queries for exchange. I had tried mail first, followed by WhatsApp message, when they asked me to mail again. Even then there was no response. Finally called. And order was picked up. There are no notifications whatsoever regarding pickup or when they dispatch the order. Won’t go through that again. Sorry, not ordering again

It’s been more than 10 days since I had placed an order. Have dropped multiple whatsapp messages and mails as well, all in vain. No one bothers to respond to you. I just got one line answer, it will take time. I already know it will take time, that’s the reason I have contacted u in first place. Every online businesses, now a days remain in contact with their customers. We get frequent mail and messages about our order, even if it is delayed, atleast we are informed or someone assures u. Very poor experience.Shall not buy again.
